Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Preachly mobile application (“App”), operated by 1nfinite Aura Studios Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Eligibility: You must meet the minimum age requirements in your app store to use Preachly. Users aged 13–17 may use the App with parental or guardian permission.

Account Creation: You may register with Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or Email + Password. Passwords created with email signup are encrypted and managed securely by Firebase. We do not have access to plain-text passwords.

User responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Free trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, subscriptions convert automatically to the chosen paid plan unless cancelled beforehand.
• Plans: Monthly and Annual subscriptions are offered. Pricing is shown in-app and may vary by region.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
• Cancellation & refunds: Cancel subscriptions via your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by the app stores; Preachly does not process refunds directly.

4. Use of the App

Nature of content: Preachly provides AI-generated scripture engagement, faith-based insights, guided responses, and tools to support personal study and evangelism. The App is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or crisis services. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate.

User conduct: You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; to upload illegal or dangerous content; to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App; or to infringe others’ rights.

5. User Content

Profile & uploads: You may upload an optional profile photo and provide optional profile details (name, date of birth, denomination, preferred Bible version).

Chats & saved content: AI chats, saved answers, and related content are retained until you delete them in-app or request removal. To request full deletion of your account and data, contact info@preachly.app.

License to use content: By submitting content you grant Preachly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process it solely to operate, personalize, and improve the App. We do not sell your content; OpenAI does not use your data to train its models.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers, including Firebase (authentication & analytics), RevenueCat (subscription metadata), DigitalOcean (hosting), and OpenAI (AI processing). Use of the App constitutes acceptance of these providers’ terms where applicable.

7. Data Handling & Privacy

Your privacy and data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete chats in-app and request account deletion by contacting us at info@preachly.app.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, “Inspired Answers,” and App content are owned by 1nfinite Aura Studios Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

9. Sharing Features

The App enables sharing of branded share cards, badges, and content. Shared outputs include Preachly branding and may not be edited within the App.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service, or suitability for your purposes. Preachly is not a substitute for professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent subscription term.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time in-app or by contacting info@preachly.app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
